Founder | Strategic Governance & Culture

Carole Cooper

Carole founded Carole Cooper Consulting to bring calm, experienced judgement to organisations navigating complex culture, leadership and governance challenges. 

With more than 30 years’ experience across corporate, community, health and not-for-profit sectors, Carole brings deep commercial insight, governance experience and a practical understanding of how culture shows up in everyday behaviour. 

Carole works closely with the CCC team and with Boards, CEOs and executive teams, particularly where clarity, confidence and steadiness at the top matter most. 

Her role is to strengthen judgement, support alignment at the top, and ensure the firm’s work remains grounded, practical and effective. 

Culture by Design – Leadership Programs

Karen Morris

Karen leads CCC’s leadership programs, working with leaders at all levels to embed culture through everyday leadership behaviour. 

She brings high energy, practical insight and a strong ability to read the room. Karen helps leaders translate intent into action, focusing on how leadership actually shows up in meetings, decisions and conversations. 

Her work builds clarity, confidence and shared expectations, so culture is shaped deliberately, not by accident. 

Executive Coaching | Culture by Design

Jacki Chugg

Jacki leads CCC’s executive coaching work, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen judgement, confidence and leadership impact. 

Her coaching is thoughtful, challenging and highly tailored. Jacki supports leaders to align how they lead with the culture they want to create, particularly under pressure. 

She works closely with leadership teams to ensure behaviour change holds in practice, not just in theory.

Mel Riedy

Mel leads CCC’s work in alignment, engagement and communication. 

She specialises in helping organisations turn clarity into shared understanding, and shared understanding into action. Mel brings a strong human lens to change, supporting leaders to communicate with confidence and bring people with them without creating fatigue. 

Her work helps organisations move together, not in pockets.

Radhika Kantaria

Radhika leads CCC’s work in people systems, compliance and workplace investigations. 

Her role is to ensure culture is supported by clear structures, fair processes and strong foundations. Radhika brings rigour, care and steadiness to complex people matters, helping organisations reduce risk and build trust. 

This is practical, professional work that creates confidence for leaders and Boards.
